8 AI Tools that can complement ChatGPT in your business

Much has been said about ChatGPT, to the extent that it has overshadowed articles and comments about other AI (artificial intelligence) and different possibilities with AI tools in general.

You’ve probably heard of a “chatGPT for pictures and images” or tools that generate photos and creatives from scratch, but does not know its name.

But you need to know that they are becoming famous, and there are even people using this technology to create children’s ebooks like this.

As I have started searching for written material about these different AIs, it was difficult to find content focused on marketing or Growth.

So what are these other tools for marketing and business? What do they do? Where are they?

I will discuss exactly this in today’s article.

But be aware that this is not a ChatGPT article, after all, people are already familiar with it. I will focus on other lesser known AI tools that you should know.

The 8 AI Tools you should be using 👀

ChatGPT may help your business in many ways, but you won’t be able to solve all your needs through it.

Other tools with different functions will be needed to complete this “team”.

Now I present you 8 AI tools for you to keep an eye on for your business:

1) DALL-E

The tool, which is already in its second version, has been gaining fans worldwide.

People outside of design area simply come to this “picture oracle” and ask for artworks on it.

Obviously, it won’t always get it right (or at one-time try), but a lot of good things can come out of the Dall-E.

This AI is an universe of possibilities, where creativity is the limit. I found it useful for creating “body-article” images, to improve SEO from blogposts.

I also imagine that it can create really good abstract things, which works well for post covers, page backgrounds, and images associated with articles.

Believe me: Your problems are over when it comes to creating an article image or something “random” for social media.

Strive a couple of times until you get the best version of a drawing, as it won’t look good on your first shot.

Does this mean that the design area is Doomed?

Dear illustrators, fear has arrived for you too…

I confess that I was scared with Chat GPT as being a Copywriter, but I strongly believe that our work and our area can STILL survive a few more years.

The same goes for design area, since this type of tool will not always get it right.

Take a look at this example when I attempted to create a visually appealing image for this post. I was not satisfied at all:

Calm down, AI still won’t replace artists…for now

2) Midjourney

Yes, we have one more artificial intelligence option making cool images for us.

Midjourney requires a Discord account to work, which means you will need to have some familiarity with Prompts (what I strongly recommend you look at anyway, since it’s a trend in the market).

According to the creators, the reason for the App to be within Discord is that the user has the “community experience” and the help of others. If it were a common IOS app, there would be no such immersion.

The experience means that you can collaborate, exchange ideas, and receiving assistance from a community of users who are also using the tool.

This collaborative aspect can be beneficial for brainstorming and refining ideas to create cool images.

But be aware that the trial account only allows 25 searches and queries, after this period, the tool becomes paid.

See below the step by step of the Midjourney documentation website, where you can understand how the prompts works:

3)Designrr – The Ebook Maker

Here the tool is not necessarily an AI like we are used to ChatGPT or Dall-E.

Still, it can manage to automate some things for you.

Those who work with marketing have certainly thought about making (if you haven’t already done so) an ebook for the company.

Designrr brings the possibility of drafting your ebook for you, positioning the text in the design and format desired by the user.

Then it’s up to you to just adjust images, texts and some details that cannot be automated, due to the fact that they are aesthetic. Check this video showing how it works in practice:

Why didn’t I mention Canva?

Canva is very good, but it is not necessarily made for creating an ebook semi-automatically.

I confess that I already made ebooks and lead magnets (to generate leads) via Canva, but I probably would have tried using Designrr if I had known about it before…

So if you are going to make static images, use Canva (this is not an AI), but for ebooks for your company, try this website I’ve presented to you.

4) Veed.io and other video editing tools

Imagine putting a text from a blog or a script and automatically transforming it into an institutional video.

This is exactly the proposal of platforms like Veed.io , which use AI to create videos, animations and everything that involves the audiovisual.

I recently used the App to automatically create subtitles from a video. It was 95% accurate.

Another tool that I really like to use to create ads is Invideo, an Indian SaaS company that many times helped me to close deals with clients, thanks to the outstanding presentations it creates.

This tool uses AI to find vignettes and “scenes” that suits your text, the type of video or ad you want to make.

5) Adobe Podcast

Artificial intelligence tools have made their way into the realm of podcasts!

The great thing about Adobe Podcast is that it improves speech and audio clarity, to the point of making an amateur Podcast look professional. Furthermore, it offers features like background noise removal and various audio enhancements, allowing you to refine your recordings.

This may sound simple or silly, but for those who don’t own a studio, it makes a HUGE difference when it comes to making podcasts or even audio products such as audio books.

Obviously, due to the price and certain requirements to use Adobe, we recommend it to be used by those who want to invest in their podcasts or videos in general (I think it can be used for YouTube too).

6)Optimize

Can you imagine if your CRM was optimized with the support of Artificial Intelligence?

Optimove finally had this insight and made this marvel available on the market: the intelligent CRM, which helps the analyst or salesperson to improve his lead segmentation and customer base.

According to the company’s website, this AI tool allows:

  • Lead generation and nurturing orchestration;
  • Tips for retaining people in the pipe;
  • AI-assisted customization, with even predictive hints;
  • Most notable: Planning and designing a possible customer journey according to your company and your lead base.

What I will owe you here is a test drive, because the tool is paid, and I wish I could have used it to tell you how the experience was…

7) Jasper

Here we have one more application option to generate content and texts for companies and startups.

I decided to put Jasper in this article after seeing a good evaluation of it by major foreign companies. The bad news is that there are no Freemium usability options…

But for those who can afford it and need to create massive content, here is a good AI tool for sure.

8)Beatoven.ai

Everything the public wanted: free music without copyrights.

This App/AI was created to generate music and “sounds” to use in companies, advertisements and everything that creativity allows.

Expect to have access to instrumental music, in an electronic or “synthesized” way. You can put that relaxing Yoga music in the background of a video, or a soundtrack for videos on your Youtube channel.

So if your company needs to generate music to complement your videos and ads, here you have a smart choice.

A brief review can be seen in the video below:

Bonus: Remove.bg

Finally, I will leave here a link to one of the things that made my life easier when it comes to producing posts, creating ebooks or taking photos for social media: Remove.bg

This is a simple and free tool that removes background from images instantly and quickly.

If you didn’t know it yet, test and save to favorites!

You will certainly develop your daily activities more easily with everything I have left here.

🔍Honorable mentions of other AIs you can explore

Obviously, the text could be longer and include more tips on artificial intelligence tools, but it would become too extensive and might lose its conciseness.

Therefore, in this topic, I will mention other AI tools that I believe you might find interesting to research and explore:

  1. SurferSEO – It helps you with Keywords and SEO optimization;
  2. Chatfuel – If you need clever chatbots for your ecommerce, here you have them;
  3. AgentGPT – Not content with just asking questions to ChatGPT? Now you can have GPT agents working for you, doing your daily tasks;
  4. Zapier – Simple the best for those who work with growth hacking and an extensive range of marketing tools;
  5. Byword.ai – Create multiple blog posts automatically. Just don’t forget to “polish” each one of them afterwards.

Note: Why didn’t I mention artificial intelligence for Paid Media tools?

I thought it worthwhile to leave an explanation and reason for not mentioning an AI for paid media.

The reason is simple: I’ve used it in the past and got frustrated.

In my case it was Pareto.io, which I used for a few months and it performed poorly. So, in the case of paid media, AI still leaves much to be desired…

The rest, my dear digital marketer, is just joy and discovery…
